These Terms and Conditions are applicable every time you access our website and/or order goods from our website. Please note that these Terms and Conditions also incorporate the following sections which we advise that you read:
Live Arrival Guarantee
All Orders placed before 11AM Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day, orders placed after 11AM Friday and any orders placed over the weekend will be sent out the following Monday.
We guarantee live arrival on all livestock and plants that are ordered via next day shipping, any livestock/plants ordered via standard shipping will be at the buyers own risk and will not be covered by our live arrival guarantee. A replacement will be sent should livestock fail to survive the journey. In some instances we may request you return the perished animals or provide a photographic evidence.
Once you have received your livestock (ordered via Next day delivery) Dubiapaul.com will offer a replacement or refund should livestock perish within 24 hours of arrival. After this period we are unable to replace any insects which may die, this is due to us having no control over the environmental conditions in with the insects are being kept. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure they have undertaken enough research to be able to look after the insects and provide them with the correct conditions.2
We DO NOT ship outside of the UK, there is no delivery option for outside of the UK, if you still place an order outside of the UK your order will be refunded.

2. Ordering Goods
2.1 All orders placed through our website will be subject to our acceptance of the order.
2.2 When you submit an order to us on our website you will receive a ‘bounce back’ confirmatory email of this order saying that we are processing your order. You should check the email for accuracy and let us know immediately if there are any errors. Neither of these emails constitute acceptance of the order by us. Your order will be accepted by us (and a contract will then be formed between us) when we despatch the goods to you. Title to the goods will pass to you on delivery.
2.3 Should you wish to cancel your order or return any goods, please contact before your shipping day, once orders have been dispatched we will be unable to cancel or refund your order.
3. Processing your orders and payment
3.1 Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you prior to accepting your order with the correct details. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.
3.2 All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT. Delivery charges are clearly highlighted throughout the site.
3.3 When we have processed and packed your order you will receive an email to the email address provided at the time of ordering to confirm this.
3.4 When your order has been dispatched by us you will receive a 2 nd email to the email address provided confirming that the order has been dispatched.
4.1. The billing cycle for subscriptions can be set to every week, two weeks, month, or 3 months.
4.2 Week, two weeks, month, or 3 months subscription: You accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel you subscription.
4.3 You can cancel your subscription at any time.
4.4 Subscriptions shipping, they will be charged for it every time during the subscription. For instance, a customer subscribed to a 10 product that costs £5 to ship. In total, it’s £15. The next time they will be charged, it will be £15 — exactly the same sum they paid the first time.
NOTE, if you have different subscriptions in the same order but different time Schedules , shipping will be charged for each subscription.
4.5 product out of stock: If any product is out of stock, that product will not be sent to you and you will not be charged for that product and the rest of the products will be sent to you.
4.5.1 If your order is for a single or several products and they are out of stock, that order will not be sent to you and you will not be charged for the product and shipping.
4.6 Vacation: If we are on vacation for 1,2, or 3 weeks and your subscription is active, will continue to be charged for the subscription and your order will be sent to you days after we return from vacation.
NOTE: There will be a message days or weeks before on the website notifying the vacation dates.
5.1 Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our delivery services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses. You will be notified of this when you place your order.
5.2 Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on time, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
5.3 All items are subject to stock availability. Stock levels are displayed on product pages to the best of our knowledge but in some cases we may find that some in stock items are damaged or missing resulting in an incorrect stock level.
5.4 When items are delivered you may be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them.
5.5 Please note that if you wish to return goods, you have 30 days from receipt of the goods to return them to us (This does not include livestock)
5.6 If an item is faulty please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate remedy.
5.7 sometimes the cost of our shipping may vary due to the weight of the parcel, we will cover any extra but at the same time will not refund any amounts if its any less than ther shipping price you have paid to us.
7.1 The use of our site and any contracts formed are governed by English law.
7.2 We shall not be responsible to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for incidental, special, indirect or consequential loss or damage, any loss of profit (direct or indirect), loss of sales, loss of goodwill or reputation, loss of business, third party claims, pure economic loss arising out of or in connection of the performance or non performance of our obligations under these terms and conditions including such damage a s may be reasonably foreseeable at the date you order the goods.
7.3 A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
7.4 If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the other provisions of these terms and conditions.
7.5 We may assign or transfer any of our rights or sub contract any of our obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party.
7.6 You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or sub contract any of your obligations under these terms and conditions except with our specific permission in writing.
7.7 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and any such changes will be communicated on our website.
7.8 These terms and conditions govern the entire trading relationship between you and ourselves and will remain in force for the duration of our trading relationship. 6.9 All intellectual property rights (including use of trade marks) shall be solely owned by us. You are permitted only to use material on this website as expressly authorised by us or our licensors.
7.10 Any unauthorised use of material on this site is strictly prohibited.
7.11 We will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any product or pricing information which we place on the site but we make no warranties (whether express or implied) in relation to the accuracy of such information).
7.12 We may close your account or terminate our trading relationship by giving you notice of at least seven (7) days. This does not affect your obligation to repay any amounts you owe to us.
7.13 We reserve the right to cancel orders at anytime and provide a full refund if you are not respectful or are rude to our staff.
